Bronx Insider: 2024 Election Desk: PRESS RELEASE: Marty Dolan Campaign For Congress 14th District to Host Community Basketball Game Against Harlem Wizards at Astoria Houses.

 

Members of my campaign, me, and most importantly, community members of the Astoria Houses in Queens will be taking on the Harlem Wizards in a Basketball Game on Sunday, June 16th at 7:00 PM at the Astoria Houses Basketball Court, 4-25 Astoria Blvd, Astoria, NY 11102. We invite our voters of the Bronx and Queens in NY-14 and all those interested in New York City to come out and see us not just out in the field with flyers and stickers but also having fun with the community we love most. Unlike other politicians, our campaign has plans to move the projects and their long-term residents forward to a path for equity ownership in their homes. We are literally keeping it REAL—“Real Equity At Last” for long-term residents. Candidate Dolan will speak more on Project Real after the game. Bring your lawn chairs, beverages, snacks, and questions to the game, and get an opportunity to meet Marty, hear about his policies, see the vision our campaign has for NY-14, New York City, and the United States, and most importantly, watch a great game of basketball. We cannot wait to play a game on the court this Sunday and hope to see you there.
